All goods are stored at the renters own risk
We recommend renters insure their own possessions.
The Landlord is not responsible for any loss or damage of any items on the premises.
Payments must be made monthly in advance and maybe subject to a surcharge if payments are made late.
VAT and Rates subject to any Government regulations changes

Sublet their units without written authorization.
Store flammable, hazardous, dangerous or explosive goods in the units.
Store any stolen or illegal goods, firearms, weapons, drugs or perishable goods.
Keep animals in the units./ grow any plants !
Use any open flame heaters
All heating devices must be approved by the management.
Cause a nuisance or annoyance to the Landlordor his agent or other occupiers.or verbally or physically threatening or abusive towards the Landlord or other occupiers. This can result in immediate eviction.
